There seems to be a lot of confusion around the status of hemp derived inhalation products in Louisiana due to many store fronts not caring or choosing to stay uneducated about the products they carry and their laws/regulations.
The only legal way to purchase and use cannabis inhalation products in Louisiana is through the Medical Marijuana pharmacies. The gas stations and smoke shops selling cannabis vapes/carts/pre-rolls are doing so illegally and putting you at legal-risk if you’re caught with them.
