Hemp Flower

Hemp flower is not intended for inhalation in the state of Louisiana.
Hemp pre rolls and hemp derived vape or inhalation products are prohibited under the CBD laws (HB 491), the consumable hemp law that went into effect on August 1, 2021 and HB758 (effective: 06/16/22). These remain prohibited hemp products intended for inhalation under La. R.S. 3:1482A(1).

Hemp flower can be used in a number of ways--oil and butter infusions for cooking, infusing into salves, lotions or moisturizers, teas, sublingual oils or tinctures, etc. Creating your own infusions allows for consumers to choose their desired terpene profile and outcome.
